Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in joining the ANSS Academy Student Ambassador Program. Before applying, please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Engagement & Temporary Appointment
The position of Student Ambassador is strictly temporary and subject to the ongoing approval of the ANSS Academy expert committee. ANSS Academy structures this as a voluntary outreach alignment portfolio and reserves the absolute right to add, modify, or remove Ambassadors at any time based on performance, target metrics, or adherence to official guidelines.
2. Monthly Stipend & Target Metrics
Every active Student Ambassador is assigned a standard threshold target of 75 verified student enrollments within each designated monthly tracking window. Achieving this specific benchmark structures a flat compensation payout of ₹15,000 for the evaluation frame.
The monthly stipend is performance-based and is calculated and released only after successful system verification of genuine, eligible registrations. Self-referrals, simulated checkouts, and duplicate entries are invalid for performance calculations.
3. Target Adjustments & Bonus Scale
There are no penalties if the monthly enrollment mark is not met. If an Ambassador finishes the evaluation period with less than 75 verified student enrollments, payouts will automatically scale according to the approved per-enrollment cash chart.
Conversely, Ambassadors who successfully complete entries beyond the 75 baseline cap will receive progressive milestone bonus payouts bundled directly with their monthly compensation package.
4. Registration & Onboarding Fees
The ₹500 Onboarding Fee is a standard, one-time administrative fee collected purely to process application screenings, conduct document verifications, open system terminal accounts, and distribute shared marketing resources. Processing this administrative transaction finalizes your placement as a temporary Student Ambassador, though it does not establish fixed stipends or minimum monthly earnings.
5. Absolute Prohibition of Illegal Activities
Engaging in any illegal activity, misrepresentation, or deceptive behavior under the name of ANSS Academy is strictly prohibited. Modifying corporate assets or making false claims to students triggers immediate operational account termination loops, and individuals found involved will face full legal consequences.
6. Professional Conduct & Outreach Responsibility
ANSS Academy takes zero responsibility for any offensive, inappropriate, or incorrect conduct by Ambassadors during the student outreach process. Ambassadors are expected to conduct themselves professionally, fairly, and responsibly when interacting with candidates in their universities, campuses, and digital communities.
7. Fair & Transparent Approach
Ambassadors are required to approach candidates fairly and transparently to provide them with accurate information about ANSS Academy's mock tests, quick revision notes, full notes, and other educational services. Building a positive relationship with candidates through genuine guidance is essential for promoting our platform effectively.
8. Corporate Design & Structure Control
ANSS Academy maintains full corporate authority to update, pause, adjust, or completely sunset the operational ambassador framework, bonus metrics, payout structures, registration fees, or candidate acceptance criteria rules at any time based on internal management updates.
Agreement of Terms
By applying for the ANSS Academy Student Ambassador Program, you explicitly agree to abide by these terms and conditions. ANSS Academy reserves the right to take appropriate action, including immediate termination of the Ambassadorship, in case of violation of these terms.
