Upon purchasing a subscription for your chosen month, a receipt will be automatically delivered to the email address provided during registration and payment. The receipt will contain details such as the purchasing date, transaction ID, and subscription details. We advise students to store this receipt for future reference.

2. Password Delivery:

After your registration and payment details are confirmed by our team, we will deliver your password within 24 to 48 hours. This password is essential for accessing the live mock test section on our website. 

  • Each subscription for one month includes four passwords, with a new password provided every week. Please refrain from sharing your password with others.

3. Accessing Live Mock Test:

You can enter the mock test section on our website using the provided password. However, please note that live mock tests will commence at the specified time. For more details about our mock tests, please refer to the "About Mock Test" section on our website.

4. Payment Issues:

If you encounter any issues regarding payment, we urge you to contact us immediately for assistance. You can find more information about our refund policy and cancellation process in the "Refund and Cancellation" section.
